Business Analyst - contract outside IR35 - SOW available. Manchester.

Business analyst required to support on a significant business led technology change programme including thing such as Cloud, Data, CRM. This work requires you to have experience of business change led activities as well as technology focussed and full SDLC.

Take responsibility for the analysis activities related to the change and work in partnership with business stakeholders to take effective requirements, ensuring that these changes are aligned with business strategy and objectives.

You will be able to show proven process design, including writing functional specifications and requirements elicitation. As the business analyst you will be used to managing multiple priorities in a change environment, whilst bridging the gap to technology.

As the business analyst you will facilitate workshops, influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels. There will be coaching and mentoring of business stakeholders in analysis techniques and methods.

This is an extensive and large scale technology change programme.

Knowledge needed:

• Experience of Business change led activities.
• Experience of working with a range of business and IT stakeholders up to C suite.
• Use of business process modelling techniques
• 3rd party supplier engagement
• Experience of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in either Cloud, Data or CRM based programmes
• Experience with Agile

Any knowledge of customer facing applications, SQL and Business intelligence tools would be useful.

Ability and proven experience in working between the business and technology to elicit effective requirements that lead to change aligned with business strategy & objectives is essential.
