You'll also support budgeting, forecasting and commercial modelling, while developing reporting and visualisations that help the wider trading team understand performance.

Experience required:

Around 1 or 2+ years' experience in a Commercial Analyst, ecommerce Analyst or similar retail or commercial analytical role, ideally within a B2C or ecommerce environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple datasets and identify meaningful commercial insights.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including reporting, SQL, data analysis and visualisation.
Good Excel skills, with the confidence to manipulate, analyse and interpret data.
Commercial awareness, particularly around revenue, profitability, customer behaviour, conversion rates and trading performance.
An understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing channels and Google Analytics would be beneficial.
Experience with Databricks, budgeting, forecasting or commercial modelling would be advantageous, but not essential
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain findings and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A naturally curious, self-motivated approach, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, investigate problems and learn new technologies.

As Customer / Commercial Insight Analyst you will be someone who enjoys the analytical side of a commercial business, and importantly understands that the value isn't just in producing data, it's in understanding what the data is telling you and what can be done with it.
