Programme Manager required for a leading North West based Client who are going through a significant period of change. As the Programme Manager, you will be core to this change and lead a large programme of work that is critical to how this business delivers its services.
As the Programme Manager, you will bring demonstrable business change, large Programme delivery experience across the business including IT, and excellent strategic and commercial skills.
As a Programme Manager, you must be able to demonstrate end to end lifecycle experience across a range of programme/projects alongside the capability to manage multiple large projects either disparate or grouped together under a business change or technical programme of work.
Within this organisation and at this level you must be able to demonstrate the ability and experience to develop relationships with senior stakeholders and presenting to the Executive Leadership team.
As the Programme Manager, you must be able to shape high level business strategy requirements into potential projects / programmes, manage the production of business cases, and support approval through relevant governance processes and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are an absolutely given in this type of role and for this organisation you must also be able to demonstrate significant leadership skills to positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organisation.
As the Programme Manager, you will be responsible for the Business Plan within your area of responsibility, this will ensure effective and efficient delivery is in place to support the Business requirements and vision.
The range of programmes and projects vary through the technology and business functions such as a large asset and work management project to deliver the continued mobilisation of the field force, the digital work place strategy and enhancements to the current online customer service model to name a few.
Longer term, for the right individual there is the potential for further progression into a portfolio management role and transformational type roles.
As well as the above mentioned you must be able to demonstrate experience of managing multi-skilled teams operating in a matrix management environment, 3rd party supplier management and budget management.
