Senior PMO Analyst ( Lead PMO Analyst )

Surrey - Hybrid - £55k to £60k plus 10% bonus, private medical, good pension & Bens.

Senior PMO Analyst required to join our client in helping to set up a greenfield PMO & Projects function to support the IT and Business change delivery.

This role is a pivotal hire and as the Senior PMO Analyst (PMO Lead) you will report directly to the Head of PMO and Project Delivery, and working closely with other members of the senior leadership teams.

With a proven track record of delivering PMO Services across a Portfolio of Programmes and Projects, you will govern the project management processes and tools to ensure successful delivery. Project management of very small internal projects will be included within your remit and leadership of a PMO Analyst.

As the Senior PMO Analyst you will be responsible for developing the project delivery lifecycle and governance, providing continuous improvement, development support for Project Managers and providing project reporting and quality assurance.

To be successful in this role you will need as much of the following as possible:

• Demonstrable experience as a PMO Lead or Senior PMO analyst or equivalent
• Broad PMO experience in a multi-sourced environment.
• Agile/Waterfall experience
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Detailed understanding of project delivery frameworks
• A thorough understanding of the project management lifecycle, proven project delivery
• Excellent project financial/resourcing experience
• Any Certificate from a recognised project body -APM, Prince, PMI, IAPM, PPM etc
