Apply Recruitment have currently partnered with a leading financial software organisation, an exciting and fast growing company who are well respected in their field.  Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a Customer Success Manager to manage the on boarding and aftercare of their client base.  This is a truly exciting product and a really unique opportunity for someone with a customer success or product support background to join a company that is embarking on significant growth.

 

This is a permanent position and a hybrid approach to working, you can work remotely with ad hoc travel in to their London office.

 

Ideally, you will bring skills and previous experience in the following:

·       Track record in a Product Support / Customer Success role in an IT or FS environment

·       Experience of on boarding and aftercare of clients (software / IT clients)

·       Producing Help Centre Content (ideally)

·       Ownership of Zendesk / Ticket Support

 

This is a key hire for this business and offering career progression beyond this point as the company grows.  Salary on offer ranges from £30k to £45k plus package.
