Senior User Workplace Services Analyst - Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Management, Windows, Azure - required for a leading UK business, paying up to £55000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

*This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site in East Kilbride (Or Market Drayton), and 2 remote

This is an opportunity to join an employee focused Enterprise technology environment where workplace services support thousands of users across multiple sites and business functions.

You'll be one of the senior technical specialists responsible for ensuring colleagues across the organisation have access to secure, reliable and well-managed technology, whilst helping to shape how workplace services evolve over the coming years.

This is not a role centred around ticket volumes or routine support. Instead, you'll be trusted to take ownership of key workplace technologies, drive service improvements and act as a technical authority across the endpoint estate.

You'll work closely with Infrastructure, Service Delivery and Technical Support teams, helping to ensure devices, applications and user services remain secure, compliant and operationally effective.

You'll also play an important role in identifying opportunities for automation, reducing operational overhead and improving the overall user experience.

Core experience should cover the following:

• Enterprise endpoint management technologies
• Microsoft Intune and modern device management
• SCCM / MECM administration
• Windows desktop operating environments - Upgrades to the latest version of 11
• Device provisioning and lifecycle management
• Endpoint security, governance and compliance
• Enterprise patching and update strategies
• PowerShell or scripting experience would be advantageous
• Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices
