Training Developer

Interim – outside IR35 – 6 months.

Training Developer needed to join our dynamic team in a multinational organisation working as part of a team to help spearhead a transformation project across multiple countries. As the Training Developer you will support the implementation of training programs, facilitate organisational change, and build strong relationships with vendors and third-party entities. This role will be based in Manchester and will support the development of training in other countries across Europe.

As the training developer you will collaborate with project teams to identify training needs and objectives for the transformation project. You will Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training materials, modules, and resources tailored to meet diverse needs across locations.  Working with the training team you will use design methodologies and technologies to create engaging and effective training content.  Ensuring alignment of training programs with the project's goals and objectives is important to this role.

To be successful you will need to have good stakeholder skills and establish and nurture strong relationships with vendors and external partners involved in training initiatives. As the training developer you will coordinate closely with external entities to ensure timely delivery and high-quality training materials and resources.

In supporting the overall project by providing expertise on training and change management strategies you will adapt training approaches and content to accommodate cultural nuances across Europe.


Ideally you will have the following:

• Proven experience in designing and developing a range training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party stakeholders.
• Experience of working alongside a technology transformation would be useful.
• Anye experience in regulated industries would be a bonus.
