The Change & Release Manager will be accountable for the successful delivery of all technology change. You will define, develop, and maintain the Change & Release Management framework to coordinate and manage a seamless delivery of all system and product related change.

The Change & Release Manager will coordinate and lead release activities between internal and external departments, Engineering, Finance, Production, Supply Chain, Customer, IT, Product Management teams etc and will be accountable for ensuring the governance of the change and release management lifecycle including scheduling, coordination, and management of multiple releases across the various product lines.

The Change & Release Manager will provide tools and services to help successfully manage and deploy technology change & application releases into the production environment. Responsible for implementing and managing release processes for code through development, test, and production environments.

The Change & Release Manager will take accountability for the release management lifecycle of the Dynamics 365 solution. Developing & managing the release management and testing capability to support continuous upgrades and releases of D365 whilst ensuring that the operation is not disrupted by the system changes.

You do not need experience in D365 to Apply - software release experience will be sufficient.

As much of the following as possible would be ideal in :
  • Experience as a Change & Release Manager
  • Experienced in managing software releases.
  • Knowledge of complete software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge Software Engineering & Project Management methodologies e.g Waterfall, Iterative, Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively across various teams with varying objectives.
  • Risk identification and management capabilities.
  • Ability to negotiate internal service level agreements and resolve conflict.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex process analysis and changes to successful completion.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Good stakeholder management including Executive level.
  • Knowledge of Systems Testing, Systems Integrations Testing and UAT

Any experience with ERP’s or ITIL Certifications would be a bonus but is not essential, however experience of managing software release's are important in this role.
