Technical Implementation manager or Technical Lead required with a strong Infrastructure background (Wintel, VMware) who can provide technical input and support throughout the delivery, testing and implementation phases of a number of this clients major projects and programmes.

As the Technical Implementation manager or Technical Lead, you will work with the project and programme teams to identify all technical (Infrastructure and Network) related activities required to deliver the current project and programmes.

As the Technical Implementation manager or Technical Lead (infrastructure), you will operate as the liaison between projects/programmes teams and the Infrastructure and Network teams to ensure that the technical activities already identified are designed, delivered, tested, implemented and handed over to BAU to support project and programme timescales.

As the Technical Implementation manager or Technical Lead, you will then work with the project/programme teams to ensure successful handover of all appropriate deliverables to the infrastructure/network BAU teams.

For this role, you need to have previous experience as a technical engineer working ideally across server, database and network infrastructure and then have progressed potentially in to a Technical Lead, Manager or Project Manager type role.

You will have worked extensively within Wintel & VMware environments have experience of engaging with multiple teams, supporting technical to non-technical conversations, helping to drive and co-ordinate delivery / implementation.

Any experience of Networks, Firewalls, Security, 365 & Azure would be a bonus but are not essential.
