Platform Support Manager required for a high performing start up business in Newcastle paying up to £40,000 + benefits package.
This will initially be remote based, however due to the nature of the role there will be an expectation to have an office presence, although up to 3 days a week working from home is also fine.
You will join the business as the first member of the Platform team and have the opportunity to then build this out with additional hires this year.
Initial business requirements will include the creation and implementation of service processes - including SLAs and KPIs to measure the performance of this. Support of serverless, AWS infrastructure is also a key focus, alongside reporting to senior management.
Essential skills required:
- Previous experience of building support/service/help desk process - team leadership not essential
- Serverless AWS and Cloudwatch experience
- Experience with tech such as AWS API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB
- Any service desk management tool (e.g. Zendesk, ServiceNow)
