Business Analyst - Manchester - Hybrid - 2 days a week Manchester.

Business analyst to join an existing team of six business analysts working on a range of significant business led technology change projects including thing such as Cloud, Data, CRM as well as business change focused work.

As a business analyst you will have experience of the full SDLC working with technology teams but also be experienced in operating as a bridge between technology and the business.

Take responsibility for the analysis activities related to change and work in partnership with business stakeholders to take effective requirements, ensuring that these changes are aligned with business strategy and objectives.

You will have been involved in or be able to show proven process design, including writing functional specifications and requirements elicitation. As a business analyst you will be used to working with real autonomy, whilst managing multiple priorities in a change environment.

As a business analyst in this role you will facilitate workshops, influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels. There will be coaching and mentoring of business stakeholders in analysis techniques and methods, so you must enjoy this!

Technical skills we’re looking for include:

• Experience with Agile
• Experience of working with a range of business and IT stakeholders
• Use of business process modelling techniques
• 3rd party supplier engagement
• Experience of the full software development life cycle (SDLC)

Any knowledge of customer facing applications, SQL and Business intelligence tools would be a bonus but are not essential. They currently use Azure DevOps but Jira will be equally as useful.
Ability and proven experience in working between the business and technology to elicit effective requirements that lead to change aligned with business strategy & objectives is essential.
